We guarantee our breathalyzer machines for 2 YEARS. Our bill acceptors are also guaranteed for a year. If you are having any technical difficulties, we are here to help you! You can call 631-774-9794 and we will walk you through step by step on the phone or you may ship the electronics board to ALCO-BUDDY by UPS or United States Postal Service for repair for a quick turn-around. If it is determined that there is a problem due to manufacturing we will repair it free of charge.
If it is determined by ALCO-BUDDY that repairs are needed due to user error, than we will replace the parts without charging for labor, only cost of parts and shipping.
OUR MACHINES ARE MANUFACTURED AND ASSEMBLIED IN A FACTORY THAT IS REGISTERED IS9001 AND AS9100.
